Terms and Conditions for Relocation Assistance Services
1. Introduction Welcome to Family Relocation Agency. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of relocation assistance services ("Services") provided by us. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided Our Services include, but are not limited to:
· Assistance with finding a suitable residence
· Help setting up your new home
· Unpacking goods and belongings
· Cleaning services before and after move-in
· Guidance on local area, amenities, and schools
3. Booking and Payment
· A formal agreement must be signed prior to commencement of services.
· Payment in full is required before the completion of the services.
· Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
· Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled services.
· Refunds will be processed according to the timing and reason for cancellation.
· We reserve the right to charge for any non-refundable expenses incurred.
5. Responsibilities and Obligations
· Clients agree to provide accurate information and access to property as required.
· Clients acknowledge that delays or issues outside our control (e.g., third-party service providers) may affect timelines.
· We are not responsible for any damage or loss unless caused by our negligence or misconduct.
· We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client which leads to misplacement of home, school, or other services.
· We are not liable for any housing or school placements falling through due to inaccurate information or circumstances outside our control.
· We do not accept liability if the client decides they do not like the area or school after placement.
6. Confidentiality We shall keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for services. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
